The KABEV project consists of two components:
- Energy efficiency investments in public buildings
- Technical assistance (TA) and application support
Component 1: Energy efficiency investments in public buildings
1a) Energy efficiency investments in public buildings
1b) Making energy efficiency investments with energy performance contracts (EPC) (ESCO applications)
1c) Pilot nearly zero energy buildings (NZEB)
Component 2: Technical assistance (TA) and application support
2a) Technical support for project development and energy efficiency improvements*
2b) Technical support on energy efficiency and development of the ESCO market**
