Within the scope of Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings (KABEV) and Earthquake Resistance and Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings (KADEV) Projects, Gender Equality, Gender-Based Violence, Stakeholder Participation and Complaint Resolution Mechanism Procedure Trainings for the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) were held interactively by Social Expert Dr. Semahat Dicle Maybek on 13 and 20 May 2022.

In the training content;

• Socialization of gender roles and the role of social institutions,
• Types of violence against women
• Sexual abuse, exploitation and harassment
• Consent construction
• Stakeholder Engagement Process
• Establishment and operation of the Complaint Resolution Mechanism, roles and responsibilities of the parties
• The steps to be followed in Gender-Based Violence Complaints were discussed.
